Virtual assets are for personal use only, not for money or commercial use.
We simply send the coins to any wallet you choose. We do not store your coins or have access to your wallet. It is your responsibility to keep your wallet's 12 or 24-word recovery phrase safe. If you lose your recovery phrase, you will lose access to your coins.
We do not provide any investment advice in connection with our Service. While we may provide information on the value, range, volatility, and news updates of Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies and events that may have affected the value of Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies, this is not considered investment advice and should not be construed as such.
Dhicoins is not liable for any loss suffered by you in connection with any transaction involving Bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies. The bitcoin market is very volatile and prone to bubbles and rapid price swings. Buying or selling these cryptocurrencies may be considered a high-risk activity.
We do not trade clients' funds on their behalf, and we do not recommend that you give your login credentials to anyone to trade on your behalf.
Dhicoins Terms on Cryptocurrency Transactions
Dhicoins will not send cryptocurrency to any cryptocurrency investing mining trading websites.These websites often credit cryptocurrency by 1 confirmation or manually, which can cause delays and confusion for users.To avoid these issues,users are required to use their own wallet addresses.The wallet's 12 or 24 word recovery phrase should be kept by the user. If a user uses a third-party wallet to receive cryptocurrency, Dhicoins will not be held responsible for any delays, missing funds, or other issues. Before any transaction, Dhicoins will ask the user for the receiving wallet address, and the user must provide accurate information.
Dhicoins' cryptocurrency receives address is not intended for third-party withdrawals. Users should send their withdrawals to their own non-custodial wallet, like a trusted wallet. Transactions should be done from the user's wallet to Dhicoins' cryptocurrency receive address. Many investing sites are scams. During withdrawals, these sites may show that the withdrawal has been completed, but there will be no hash ID to track the transaction. Additionally, due to system problems, these transactions may be pending or never received. In these cases, Dhicoins cannot do anything and will not take any responsibility.

Dhicoins is not responsible for any criminal or illegal activities that may be conducted using its platform. It has a strict policy against money laundering and other illegal activities, and it will cooperate fully with law enforcement if any such activities are suspected or needed. If you use your account to conduct criminal or illegal activities, you could be held liable for those activities.

If you have a dispute with Dhicoins, you must first try to resolve the dispute with Dhicoins' live customer support team via Telegram or Facebook privately. If you are unable to resolve the dispute with customer support, then you can go to public comments and forums.
Dhicoins may terminate your account at any time for any reason. If your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to use Dhicoins.
Dhicoins transactions are non-refundable by default. As a cryptocurrency exchange, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. However, there may be exceptional cases in which we may issue a refund, subject to a random refund fine of up to 10% of the amount.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, meaning If you enter the wrong address and the transaction is completed, there is no way to get your funds back. Your best bet is to contact the person who controls that address and ask them to return your funds. However, there is no guarantee that the person will return your funds. They may not even be aware that they have received your funds. In this case, Dhicoins will not take any responsibility and cannot refund.

We take this policy very seriously because third-party transfers are often used by scammers to defraud customers. Any attempt to make a third-party transfer that violates our terms of service will be met with severe consequences.
In such a case, a full refund will be issued to the account from which the payment was made, and a request must be submitted before the refund will be processed. Refunds are processed on a case-based basis, meaning that the amount of time it takes to process your refund request will vary depending on the specific circumstances of your request. Typically, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

The purpose of the random refund fine is to discourage fraudulent refund requests. By applying a random fine, Dhicoins can make it more difficult for scammers to take advantage of fraudulent refund requests.
Dhicoins Account Deletion Request Policy
Dhicoins allows users to request the deletion of their accounts at any time with a valid reason. This policy outlines the procedure for requesting account deletion and the consequences of account deletion.
To request account deletion, users must:
Submit a request to Dhicoins customer support.
Provide their Dhicoins account username and email address.
Explain the reason for requesting account deletion.
Dhicoins will review the request and may ask for additional information. If the request is approved, Dhicoins will delete the account within 30 days.
When an account is deleted, all data associated with the account will be deleted. This includes all personal information, account history, and transaction history.
Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. If a user wishes to create a new account, they will need to create a new account with a new email address. There are a few exceptions to this policy: Accounts that are involved in active investigations will not be deleted.
